"Yes, it is very natural for us, the local government, to be asked by the president to supervise, as conveyed, if the SPPG is 'naughty', we are allowed to warn, correct, and even if a school requests a menu, it is usually given. So, I think that is very good," he explained. Regarding SPPGs suspected of committing deviations, Nasution stated that the government continuously monitors the progress of data and reports from various regions. He mentioned that before the school holiday period, several SPPGs were identified as having encountered problems in program implementation. These issues were not only related to the food served but also to waste management. "For SPPGs that commit deviations, the data is continuously updated, right? As far as I know, the data that reached me before the school holiday was that there were indeed SPPGs that had slight problems, not only food but also waste and various other matters," he elaborated.
