Hanoi Halts New Public Primary, Secondary School Openings for Consolidation
Hanoi has announced a plan to temporarily halt the opening of new public kindergartens, primary, and lower secondary schools to consolidate existing institutions. The aim is to halve administrative units while ensuring and improving educational opportunities for students. The city will maintain its current 124 public high schools.
