Most suspects in OSAEC cases were victims' mothers, PNP says

The Philippine National Police (PNP) revealed that a significant portion of suspects arrested in online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) cases are the victims' mothers, accounting for 64% in 2025 and 70% from January to August this year.
