Hanoi Adjusts Traffic on Hoang Tung Street for Ring Road 3.5 Intersection Construction
Hanoi's Department of Construction announced traffic adjustments on the two service roads of Hoang Tung Street from July 29 to September 29 to facilitate the construction of the Ring Road 3.5 and Thang Long Avenue intersection. Phased diversions will be implemented during the construction period.
