Vietnam PM Links Idle Property Disposal to Official KPIs
Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has instructed heads of ministries and local governments to incorporate the disposal of idle real estate into their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strict penalties will be imposed for delays or shirking responsibility, as over 9,600 idle properties nationwide require resolution.
