SCO Traditional Medicine Forum : Myanmar delegation attends the forum in China

A Myanmar delegation led by Deputy Minister for Health Dr Aye Tun attended the SCO Traditional Medicine Forum 2026 held in Nanchang of Jiangxi Province in China on Thursday. Deputy Minister Dr Aye Tun delivered an opening speech at the forum which aims to strengthen cooperation in traditional medicine and promote public health. This year’s theme is “Empowering Traditional Medicine with Modern Technology to Co-build Human Health for All.” The Myanmar delegation also attended the Traditional Medicine Week programme at Nanchang Traditional Medicine Hospital and the opening of “New Policies, Standards, Technologies and Products of Traditional Medicine” in Nanchang.
