Over 21 percent of the population has returned to reside in Falam

Following the Tatmadaw's regaining control of Falam Township in Chin State, residents have begun returning to their homes, with 21.64 percent of the population currently residing there, according to the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement. It is also stated that necessary supplies have been provided to the local people who have returned to Falam Township. The Tatmadaw regained control of Falam Township on April 25, and it is reported that the relevant administrative mechanisms are now operating normally. In accordance with the guidance of the head of state, it is reported that efforts are being prioritized for the repair of basic infrastructure and assistance to residents returning to their homes in Falam Township.
