Cambodia Scales Up Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution to Enhance Justice Access

The Cambodian government is expanding its out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms to improve access to justice. Since its establishment in November 2023, the National Authority for Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (NACDR) has successfully mediated hundreds of cases, with plans now underway to extend these services to remote, underserved regions.
