Lacson Challenges Dizon to Prove No Ghost Projects in Taguig

Senator Panfilo Lacson challenged Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon to prove the absence of "ghost projects" in Taguig, presenting a DPWH report showing a project site geotagged in Leyte, 600 kilometers away. Dizon had previously assured Senator Alan Peter Cayetano that no such projects existed in the Cayetano family's bailiwick.
