Prime Minister Hun Manet commenced a three-day working visit to the People's Republic of China on the morning of Wednesday, July 15, 2026, leading a high-level delegation. While in China, Prime Minister Hun Manet will pay a courtesy call on Chinese President Xi Jinping and hold bilateral talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang. In addition to delivering a speech at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2026, the Prime Minister will also meet with numerous key Chinese business representatives. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation highlighted that this working visit underscores the joint commitment between Cambodia and China to deepen their long-standing friendship and promote mutually beneficial cooperation.
