Phnom Penh Detains 665 Foreign Nationals in City-Wide Sweep; No Cyber-Scam Links Found
A sweeping administrative operation in Phnom Penh has resulted in the detention of 665 foreign nationals. Among them, 34 were found without valid passports and are undergoing immigration review. No evidence of cyber-scam operations was discovered at the targeted facilities.
