He collided with a white 2.5-ton Hyundai truck (license plate: Phnom Penh 3G.5635) on National Road No. 2, between kilometers 65-66, in the village of Svay Prey, Commune Lumjong, District Samrong, Takeo province, and died instantly at the scene. The body of the suspect, Oum Sokun, was processed according to procedure by traffic police from the Samrong District Police Inspectorate and handed over to his relatives for traditional funeral rites.
