Vietnam Clarifies Criteria for Selecting Participants in Local Community Activities
Vietnam's government, under Decree 185/2026/NĐ-CP, has clarified the selection process for participants in village and residential group activities. Village heads and group leaders will select participants after consulting with the Party cell secretary and the head of the Fatherland Front committee, with final recognition by the commune-level People's Committee.
