An Ombudsman's surprise inspection at Cibinong Prison (Lapas Cibinong) in West Java revealed inmates enjoying luxury facilities resembling apartments. Two convicted of corruption, Ahmad Albani and Hasan Tjhie, were identified, with former police official Ferdy Sambo also under investigation.
