LTO Fixer Arrested in Caloocan for Excessive Fees
A suspected "fixer" was arrested outside the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Caloocan City for allegedly facilitating driver's license processing with excessive fees. This operation is a result of strengthened coordination between the CIDG and ARTA under the Ease of Doing Business Act.
