License-free car driving in the wrong direction seized in Kengtung

Mekong, September 24 In Kengtung city, eastern Shan State, a license-free vehicle driving in the wrong direction was discovered by the traffic police and has been charged under the Import-Export Law. On September 23, traffic police officers on duty for traffic and road rule enforcement inspected a vehicle that was driving in the wrong direction from Market Lane 4 in Kengtung city onto the Kengtung-Tachileik highway. During the inspection, it was identified as a white Hijet motor vehicle with license plate SHN-7 3J/4073, driven by Aung Aung, aged 29. However, according to the police statement, no documentation related to the vehicle could be presented. It is understood that the vehicle has been charged at the Kengtung Myoma Police Station under case number (Pa) 203/2026, in accordance with Section 8 of the Import-Export Law.
