The UP Southern Diliman Gardens Rental Housing Project is a socialized rental housing project under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, envisioned as one of the flagship housing components for the UP Sustainable Development Goals Park. The project comprises eight walk-up buildings totaling approximately 1,000 housing units, each measuring 27 square meters. Construction completion is targeted for 2027. Megawide Construction, the contractor for the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), will undertake the rental housing initiative. "UP’s rental housing initiative is specifically designed to provide affordable, decent, secure, and accessible shelter for UP staff and ISFs," the university stated.
