Cambodia Red Cross Provides Humanitarian Aid to 122 Vulnerable Households in Suong Town

The Cambodian Red Cross's Tbong Khmum Provincial Branch, led by its branch committee chairman, H.E. Pen Kosal, met with and provided humanitarian aid to 122 of the most vulnerable households from Vihar Luong and Suong communes. The distribution took place on Sunday morning, September 20, 2026, at the Suong Town Hall premises. During the event, H.E. Pen Kosal conveyed the profound concern and regards from Madam Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross. He emphasized that Madam Bun Rany Hun Sen consistently pays close attention to the well-being of vulnerable and most vulnerable citizens everywhere, regardless of political inclination, race, or religion. H.E. Pen Kosal also advised the beneficiaries to focus on cultivating crops around their homes to improve their daily livelihoods, take care of their health by drinking boiled water, and educate their children to refrain from immoral acts, stay away from gambling and drugs, and strive in their studies to become the future successors of the nation. Each of the 122 households received 25 kilograms of rice, one box of instant noodles, 10 cans of fish, two bottles of soy sauce, two bottles of fish sauce, one bottle of cooking oil, and 30,000 Riel in cash.
