Ho Chi Minh City marked its 50th anniversary of bearing the name of President Ho Chi Minh on July 2. The commemoration ceremony, organized by the City Party Committee and other bodies, was attended by President and Party General Secretary To Lam, who delivered a speech. 104 exemplary cultural and happy families were honored during the event, which also saw the groundbreaking for eight key projects.
