Hout Hak, a member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Working Group for Kampong Thom Province, and Head of the District Working Group for Baray District, led a delegation on July 26, 2026, to inspect the progress of the construction of the party office and meeting hall in Baray District, Kampong Province. During the occasion, Hout Hak emphasized that the party office and meeting hall will serve as a suitable location for party work, organizing meetings, training, and various activities of the party working group at the district level.
