Over 400 Cats Rescued in Vietnam After Bust of Illegal Meat Ring

Vietnamese authorities have busted an illegal cat trafficking and meat consumption ring in Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh province, rescuing over 400 cats. Nine individuals were arrested, and the network is believed to have been operating for over three years. While cat meat consumption is legal in Vietnam, regulated sourcing is required.
