CHIANG RAI – On July 21, 2026, educational leaders in Chiang Rai launched an inspiring drug prevention program for local youth. City Mayor Dr. Wanchai Jongsutthamanee assigned Deputy Mayor Ms. Wanpachar Jinda to host the official delegation at Municipal School 7, Fang Min.
