With the issuance of permit, Artes said that limited parking of vehicles is allotted for attendees along White Plains Avenue and Temple Drive. “They can park there but we will issue tickets if they park along Edsa, Ortigas flyover,” Artes stressed. Artes also said that there is no directive with the MMDA to block cars along the location where the rally is being held. ‘More prepared’ Artes also said that the MMDA is “more prepared” for the second day of the rally than on the first day, where the surprise gathering prompted sudden road closures and vehicular traffic congestion.
