The investigation, which concluded additional inquiries on September 7th, pertains to alleged violations of bidding regulations, bribery, and receiving bribes. These offenses reportedly occurred at Cong ty TNHH Cay xanh Cong Minh and in various other provinces and cities across Vietnam. The investigative agency has issued a supplementary investigation conclusion recommending the in absentia prosecution of Minh. Authorities are urging Minh to surrender to benefit from leniency under the law, emphasizing his wanted status.
