Investigators have identified that Lê Anh Tuấn, Director of Lê Anh Sơn Lâm Co., Ltd., along with supervisors and site managers from Kinh Bac Group Joint Stock Company, used forged construction material test result reports issued by Hathaco to complete project quality management, acceptance, and payment/settlement documents.
