Senate Impeachment Court Allows AMLC Director to Testify on Sara Duterte, Husband's Bank Records

The Philippine Senate impeachment court has allowed the Executive Director of the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) to testify on the bank transactions of Vice President Sara Duterte and her husband, Manases Carpio. The court ruled that existing legal provisions on the confidentiality of bank transactions are not absolute.
