DSWD Provides Aid to Family of Slain Motorcycle Taxi Rider
The family of a motorcycle taxi rider, Fabio Norberte Jr., who was fatally stabbed by a passenger in Caloocan, has received assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The victim was a solo parent raising a child with autism spectrum disorder.
