Can Tho Central General Hospital Saves Patient with Iron Rod Penetration

Can Tho Central General Hospital in southern Vietnam announced on September 21 that it had successfully saved a male patient who sustained severe injuries when two iron rods penetrated his thigh and abdomen following a traffic accident. The patient suffered complex injuries and was in critical condition. The successful resuscitation was attributed to the prompt and precise intervention by a multidisciplinary team of specialists at the hospital.
