Hanoi Traffic Grinds to a Halt on First Working Day After Holiday

Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is experiencing severe traffic congestion on the first working day after the New Year holiday, impacting citizens' daily lives. Particularly around the Vinh Tuy bridge, traffic was so heavy that vehicles could only move a few meters at a time. This situation is a common occurrence on the first day back to work and school after a holiday break, as many citizens return from their travels.
