Ho Chi Minh City's major project to mitigate tidal flooding is entering its final phase. Hundreds of engineers and workers are rushing to complete the remaining tasks of the Tidal Flood Control Project (Phase 1). This initiative is also part of the commemoration of Saigon-Gia Dinh City being honored with President Ho Chi Minh's name for 50 years.
