Cambodian Red Cross Distributes Aid to 19 Families Affected by Strong Winds

The Cambodian Red Cross has distributed aid to 19 families in Rolieaphear district, Kampong Chhnang province, who were affected by strong winds. On the morning of July 20, 2026, a working group led by His Excellency Dr. Uk Rabun, Honorary President of the Cambodian Red Cross, Kampong Chhnang Provincial Branch, visited and provided humanitarian assistance to the affected citizens. Each family received 25kg of rice, a box of instant noodles, 10 cans of fish, a mosquito net, a blanket, a krama (scarf), a sarong, a pack of fish sauce, a pack of soy sauce, and some cash. His Excellency Dr. Rabun conveyed the warm regards and concern of Samdech Kittipote Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, who always pays close attention to the welfare of the people in all circumstances and never leaves anyone behind. Samdech also expressed her sorrow over the recent strong wind incident. The working group also disseminated important educational messages, urging citizens to prioritize their health by practicing clean eating, clean drinking, and maintaining clean living conditions.
