SC dismisses admin complaint vs. 7 CA justices
The Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed an administrative complaint against seven associate justices of the Court of Appeals (CA) for alleged gross ignorance of the law. The complaint stemmed from the issuance of a temporary restraining order (TRO) against a preventive suspension order involving eight members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Antique.
