Senior Advisor Men Sam An Offers 4 Key Recommendations for Election Campaign Efficiency

Senior Advisor Men Sam An (Royal Advisor and Head of the Party Working Group for Svay Rieng Province) has provided four key recommendations to enhance work efficiency for the upcoming election campaign. Samdech Kittisangharat Men Sam An made these remarks while presiding over and leading the meeting of the "Svay Rieng Provincial Party Committee Election Campaign Command" to review, guide, and strengthen action plans for a successful election outcome. The meeting was held on the morning of Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the headquarters of the Cambodian People's Party in Svay Rieng Province. On this occasion, the meeting heard a summary report from Mr. Men Vibol, Chairman of the Cambodian People's Party Committee of Svay Rieng Province, regarding the results of the implementation of the provincial-level election campaign action plan and the preparations to ensure the smooth, orderly, secure, and safe conduct of the election campaign. Samdech Kittisangharat also conveyed greetings and well wishes from Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party; Samdech Kittery Heng Samrin, Honorary President of the Party; and Samdech Mahabovor Thepdi Hun Manet, Vice President of the Party, with deep remembrance and good wishes to all members present. He also expressed admiration and high appreciation for the spirit of solidarity and active efforts of the party working groups at all levels in Svay Rieng Province, which have yielded gratifying results. To further enhance work efficiency, Samdech Kittisangharat provided important recommendations and guidance to the election campaign command as follows: 1. Continue to maintain strong internal solidarity from the provincial level down to the village and commune/sangkat levels. 2. All levels of working groups must continue to regularly visit local areas to understand the well-being and requests of the citizens and to resolve their various issues in a timely manner. 3. Strive to disseminate and explain the major achievements of the Royal Government and the political program of the Cambodian People's Party to all citizens. 4. Uphold the election laws, regulations, and procedures with dignity, and maintain a peaceful, secure, and safe environment.
