DOJ: Minor faces multiple murder charges over Tacloban school shooting
A 15-year-old student has been charged with multiple counts of murder and attempted murder in connection with a school shooting in Tacloban City that resulted in three deaths and 20 injuries. The Department of Justice stated the minor acted with discernment.
