PLN Energizes 1,900 Customers Simultaneously in Jakarta

JAKARTA - PLN's Jakarta Raya Distribution Parent Unit completed the simultaneous activation of new installation and power addition services for 1,900 customers in the DKI Jakarta area. The service targets household customers, micro, small, and medium enterprises or MSMEs, to public service facilities. PLN UID Jakarta Raya General Manager Moch. "Through this simultaneous ignition, we want to ensure that the electricity needs of the community can be met quickly so that customers can carry out various activities more comfortably," said Andy in a written statement, Tuesday, September 1. One of the customers, Fathoni, admitted that the process of installing electricity at his residence was fast. The Bintara Jaya resident said that the electricity that was installed could be immediately used for daily needs. "I am grateful to PLN for its fast service and the process of installing electricity went smoothly," said Fathoni. In addition to simultaneous switching, PLN provides new installation and power addition services through the PLN Mobile application. Through this application, customers can apply, monitor the service process directly, make payments, and report power outages. Andy said the use of the application is intended to make it easier for customers to access services without having to come to the PLN office. "Starting from applying for new pairs and adding power, monitoring the progress of applications, to reporting disruptions," he said. PLN said that the service can be used to meet household electricity needs, business activities, and other needs.
