Northern Vietnam: Sunny on August 2nd, followed by scattered rain and thunderstorms

On July 26th, the influence of Tropical Storm No. 2 weakened, leading to sunny weather in Hanoi, while heavy rain was recorded in the southern part of the country. On July 23rd, the north experienced rain and thunderstorms, and the central region faced intense heat. The severe heat in the central region was expected to gradually subside from July 24th.
