Russian expert Vlasov assessed that Vietnamese officials and people have increasingly recognized the significant achievements made by the Vietnamese Government in recent years, particularly in strengthening the country’s position in regional forums across Eurasia and the Asia-Pacific. He opined that Vietnam is a key partner in shaping a stable regional security architecture. The upcoming visits by top Vietnamese leaders to Russia and France, as well as their attendance at the International Space Summit, are noteworthy as they demonstrate the country's commitment to strengthening international cooperation. Under its one-party system, Vietnam has pursued economic growth while adopting a foreign policy that emphasizes geopolitical balance. This approach is particularly valued in a region experiencing heightened great power competition. Russia also expresses hope for strengthening ties with Vietnam, aiming for new cooperation orientations and deeper relations.
