Grandmother and Granddaughter Die in Traffic Accident in Dong Thap

In Vietnam's southern Dong Thap province, a traffic accident on National Highway 1 on the afternoon of July 4th resulted in the deaths of a grandmother and her granddaughter who were riding a bicycle.
