The Rapid Reaction Information Team of the Snoul District Police Inspectorate in Kratie Province has clarified the case of a video showing a group of female students fighting each other, which was recently posted on social media. The clarification was made on September 9, 2026, following a Facebook post that stated, "Please, authorities, help find justice for my younger sibling. Five people are ganging up on one person. The incident took place in Wave Village, 2 Thnu Commune, Snoul District, Kratie Province." Upon receiving orders from the Provincial Police Commissioner, a specialized force in cooperation with the administrative police post of 2 Thnu Commune, under the Snoul District Police Inspectorate, investigated the location in Chap Village, 2 Thnu Commune, Snoul District, Kratie Province. After questioning, both sides of the female students confessed that one group consisted of 3 people and the other group had 5 people. On August 24, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM, they arranged to meet at a plot of land in Chap Village, 2 Thnu Commune, Snoul District, Kratie Province, to resolve an issue of mutual provocation via Facebook Chat. During the attempted mediation, the two parties argued again, leading to a physical altercation. Others present stood by and recorded the incident. The authorities noted that the incident occurred on August 24, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM, meaning 15 days have passed since the event. Based on the information provided, and under the guidance of the Provincial Police Commissioner and with procedural coordination from the Prosecutor of the Kratie Provincial Court, the specialized authorities have requested to open a preliminary investigation to gather information surrounding the incident and build a case file to be submitted to the Provincial Court Prosecutor for further proceedings.
