The victim, identified as Nil Sophya, 50, was reportedly stabbed twice in the chest and died at the scene. The suspect, her husband Chum Phor, 48, fled the scene on a black Honda SE125 motorcycle (license plate Takeo 4858) and is currently at large. The couple has an adult son. Neighbors reported that the couple frequently argued, and the husband was allegedly very jealous of his wife. Police are actively searching for the suspect to bring him to justice. The victim's body has been claimed by her relatives for traditional funeral rites.
