Hanoi to Adjust Traffic at Lang Ha Intersection for Ring Road 1 Construction

Hanoi City's Department of Construction has announced adjustments to traffic organization at the Lang Ha-Giang Vo-La Thanh intersection to support the construction of an overpass at the Lang Ha-Giang Vo intersection. This overpass is part of the Ring Road 1 project, specifically the Hoang Cau-Voi Phuc section, phase 2. The new traffic plan will be implemented from 11 PM on September 11, 2026, until further notice. This measure is part of ongoing efforts by Hanoi to modernize its infrastructure and manage the increasing traffic volume due to rapid urbanization. The Ring Road 1 project aims to improve traffic flow within the city and alleviate congestion, particularly at key junctions. The traffic organization changes are designed to ensure smooth vehicle passage and maintain safety during the construction period.
