    The Metro Manila Council (MMC) is considering the implementation of a unified ticketing system for anti-littering violations across the capital region. The proposal was put forward by Las Piñas Rep. Mark Santos during a meeting presided over by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
