Vietnam Steps Up Exports, Targets Trade Deficit Below 10 Billion USD

Vietnam's trade balance returned to a surplus of $1.27 billion in September, with total export-import turnover reaching $117.69 billion, up 7.3% from the previous month and 42.4% year-on-year, moving closer to its target of keeping the annual trade deficit below $10 billion.
