Six Arrested in WhatsApp Hacking Scam That Defrauded Over $250,000
Cambodian cybercrime police have arrested six individuals suspected of hacking WhatsApp accounts and impersonating bank accounts to defraud acquaintances of over $250,000. The suspects include one Vietnamese national and five Cambodian nationals, and were also involved in the illicit sale of bank accounts.
