Supreme Administrative Court Upholds Ruling to Reinstate Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization Chief
Thailand's Supreme Administrative Court has upheld a lower court ruling to revoke the dismissal of Nipon Boonyamanee, former Chief of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO). The decision cited legal irregularities in the dismissal order issued by the former Minister of Interior.
