In the plains, temperatures will range from a minimum of 25°C to a maximum of 33°C, with winds blowing from the southwest and northwest at an average speed of 3 meters per second. Provinces such as Battambang, Poipet, Siem Reap, Kampong Cham, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Takeo, Kampot, and the capital Phnom Penh have a 60% chance of experiencing rain with thunderstorms and gusty winds. In the highlands, temperatures will range from a minimum of 24°C to a maximum of 31°C, with winds blowing from the southwest and west at an average speed of 5 meters per second. Provinces such as Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oudong Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, and the Dangrek and Kravanh mountain ranges have a 70% chance of experiencing rain with thunderstorms and gusty winds. Along the coast, temperatures will range from a minimum of 25°C to a maximum of 34°C, with winds blowing from the southwest and southeast at an average speed of 3 meters per second. Provinces such as Koh Kong, Sihanoukville, Kampot, Kep, and the Bokor mountain area have a 70% chance of experiencing rain with thunderstorms and gusty winds. Sea waves are expected to range from 0.50 meters to 1.70 meters in height. The public is advised to be aware of this weather forecast.
