Disrobed Monk Arrested for Fatal Hit-and-Run in Buriram
A monk has been arrested in Buriram, Thailand, for allegedly killing a woman in a hit-and-run incident and fleeing the scene. He was defrocked and handed over to police in front of the victim's family and local residents. Drunk driving is suspected.
