Miss Supranational 2026 Crowned: Philippines' Katrina Llegado Wins, Indonesia Places in Top 12

Miss Supranational has chosen a new beauty queen. Katrina Llegado from the Philippines was crowned Miss Supranational 2026. The 17th edition of Miss Supranational's grand finale was held at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland, on Friday (31/7/2026) night local time. Llegado, who previously held the title of Miss Supranational Philippines 2026, emerged victorious after successfully advancing to the top five, alongside contestants from Brazil, the Czech Republic, France, and Nigeria. In the top five round, the host asked Llegado about the moment she finally stopped trying to be the woman everyone expected and started being the woman she wanted to be. "I have always believed that we should not force ourselves into a certain mold. We are perfect in our imperfections," she answered. Llegado continued, "I am someone who has grappled with the idea of perfection. Today, I am here to do my best and be the best version of myself." A total of 64 contestants from around the world participated in Miss Supranational 2026, including Indonesia. Meanwhile, Agnes Rahajeng, representing Indonesia, successfully entered the top 12. This year, Miss Supranational 2026 introduced a new crown named the Fioletowa Crown. This crown features purple gemstones designed by Venezuelan jeweler George Wittels. The purple color of the crown carries its own meaning. "For us, purple is not just a color. It is ambition, royalty, the color worn by a woman when she no longer needs to prove anything," explained George.
