On June 30, the Vietnam Navy's 3rd Naval Region organized an awareness campaign on maritime and island issues, along with disseminating regulations on preventing and combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, for over 200 cadres, party members, and fishermen in Thang An commune, Da Nang city. Previously, similar gatherings were held in Phuoc Hai commune, Ho Chi Minh City. To enhance fishermen's understanding of the rules, diverse methods have been employed, including adopting a "mock trial" format and introducing information systems utilizing QR codes.
