His Majesty also extended profound thanks and strong support for the active efforts of the Royal Government, the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, the Preah Vihear National Authority, and the International Coordinating Committee for the Protection and Development of the Historical Site of Preah Vihear (ICC/PREAH VIHEAR). He particularly acknowledged the ongoing protection and development led by the co-chairs representing the Republic of India and the People's Republic of China, as well as all national and international cooperation partners.
